Until recently, Il Cellaio and the Carandente family produced wines from the Phlegraean Fields using traditional methods. Today, 2015 - Il Cellaio has become a roast-house, grill and beer garden dedicated to qualified culinary activities using the same passion that previously allowed them to produce truly unique wines.
The Cellaio garden is peacefully surrounded by nature where it's possible to taste traditional wood-fire spit- roasted certified white meats choosing from chicken, rabbit, turkey, pork, veal steaks and an authentically rare speciality - lamb skewers all accompanied with a choice of seasonal vegetables at 0 km.
